When purchasing a VITOGAZ bottle, you receive a deposit card that serves as a guarantee for the reimbursement of the deposit paid. According to VITOGAZ's deposit system, gas bottles can only be returned in combination with a valid deposit card, to allow for the refund of the deposit. If you have lost your deposit card, you have the option to order a new one from VITOGAZ for a fee.
You can return them to your point of sale along with the gas bottle and recover your deposit. VITOGAZ accepts bottles from the brands VITOGAZ, Totalgaz, Propana, Shell, Agip, and City. For other brands, please contact the concerned company.

If you have misplaced a previously registered card, please visit this link My Cards and select the replacement option for the said card. You will then have the option to order a new copy.
